Green Bean Casserole with Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoonsbutter / margarine
- 2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoonsflour
- 600cc chicken broth
- 100grams of chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 100grams of edible mushroom
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 1 blockinstant chicken broth
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 10-ounce bags frozen green beans
- 1/3 cup milk or soy milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 2.8 -ounce can French-fried onions
Directions:
- Heat themargarine, then add the garlic and onions, sauteuntil fragrant.
- Add flour, stir, and cook until lightly browned, thenput a little chickenbroth, stirring rate.
- Insertmeat chicken, straw mushrooms, and scallions, stir, and cook until boiling.
- Insert theinstant chicken broth, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder, stir well and cook until everything is cooked.
- Mix the green beans and milk in the crock pot or slow cooker into the cream soup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and half of the French-fried onions.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- Top with remaining onions just before serving.
