Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s legal rights.
Consult and handle all corporate legal processes.
Provide legal advice to the businesses on a variety of legal matters.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for businesses.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Law, preferable 4 years of college credits
Experience in the same field, especially contract management for min. 5 years
Experience working in Interior/Construction company will be a plus point
Excellent knowledge for all laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia
Fluent in English in (both) written and spoken
Ability to adapt, work as a team, and work in a fast-paced environment
